It provides coupling to the Line-Neutral pair a  of the AC mains. It successfully reduce "dead spot", increase throughput and increase network coverage within a home. Surf the Internet and share data at the speed up to 1Gbps PHY rates through powerline with AC outlet design, it,s convenient for the end user.
WD-T1000M  G.hn engine is a Marvell chip set, It features faster processing power, Fast Ethernet host interfaces and an enhanced analog front end. The solution is compliance with IEEE1901 G.hn , hence allowing hassle free compatibility with existing G.hn devices and other suppliers of IEEE1901 PLC (Powerline Line Communication) devices.
